Our 2014 Annual Gala on Monday October 20th, and what an evening it was. We honored the Educational Alliance and theatre icon Sheldon Harnick. Sometimes you have a moment at a Gala that is not planned and is so unexpected and something that will be remembered by everyone who was there.
We had such a moment.
At the end of the Gala Emmy Award winner Billy Goldenberg played "Sunrise Sunset" while Sheldon Harnick sang every word of the song, accompanied by the entire audience. If you were there, you were lucky to have been part of such a moment. If you were not, make sure you join us this year!
